I’ve been a closet fan of Buttress & Snatch for years, but I never imagined that they’d launch a collection that included my size! Dreams apparently do come true, since they’ve gone ahead and expanded their line go include bra sizes up to a UK H cup! I’m reviewing one set from the collection later this week, but everything in it is so good I thought the rest of the photos deserved their own post. I have a ton of photos collected from this line, so I’m going to go over my personal highlights and then stick the rest in a gallery for you to peruse at your leisure.
This collection is not only a great curve-centric collection with an amazing range: it’s modeling some things that I guarantee we’ll see the industry picking up in several years. This detachable babydoll skirt can be swapped out and attached to various bras within the line, helping you make your bras work for you in multiple situations. I love the idea of multi-functional pieces, especially when full sets are at a justifiably higher price point. This lets you get more out of your lingerie and helps give these sets added value.
I’m not quite ready for summer yet, but these will definitely be on my purchase list once the real heat gets here. I love how the line mixes boudoir pieces with everyday sets, so there really is something for everyone.
I love that when this line does boudoir, it really goes all the way. This innovative and unapologetically sexy quarter cup bra incorporates useable front ties and a whole lot of attitude!
Each piece of the collection is handmade to order – some pieces have up to 30 individual parts that have to be hand sewn in! The current size range runs from cup sizes A though H (UK sizing) and band sizes 28 through 42. While this collection is definitely priced at a luxury price point, it’s not so expensive that saving up to splurge is impossible. I know I’ll be planning ahead and making some orders over the summer!
